Women’s Community Shelters (WCS) has received a grant from SC Johnson to support the delivery of increased Case Worker hours, (towards Outreach and Child Support) across the WCS shelter network in NSW.
The $30,000 grant from SC Johnson will be used to provide vital additional Case Worker Hours to support increasing demand on the WCS shelter network. The ultimate goal of a WCS Case Worker is to set a woman on the path to financial independence, social inclusion, empowerment, self-confidence and onto the road to recovery and prevent a return to the cycle of homelessness and domestic and family violence.
