This is fantastic news for our efforts with the Hills Community to establish a new shelter. It has given us nothing less than a flying start and has come about through the efforts of Alex Hawke MP, Federal Member for Mitchell, QIC Castle Towers and the local Police. Wonderful news ahead of our Forum tomorrow night in Castle Hill. We will need a Steering Committee drawn from the local community to help manage the setup of the shelter, and ongoing fundraising to make the shelter sustainable.
